Elite Air Services started in 2010 with one truck, one technician, and a simple idea: Tampa homeowners deserve an HVAC company that doesn't treat them like a commission check.

Founder Christian Reyes spent eight years as a field tech for a large regional HVAC chain — long enough to see how the big shops work. Oversized quotes, upsold parts, and technicians paid on commission. He started Elite Air to do the opposite.
